Can’t sign in?

Forgot your password?

No problem. Someone in your office can make you a new sign-in link. You open it and choose a new password. Nothing is lost: your jobs, your history and your Face ID sign-in all stay.

On the team

Ask your office for a new sign-in link. They can text it to you, or show you a code to scan with your phone camera.

In the office, or the owner

  • Still signed in on your phone? Open My account there to change your password, or to turn on Face ID. A Face ID sign-in made on an iPhone also works on a Mac that uses the same Apple account.
  • Office team: the owner can make you a new sign-in link from your page in Team.
  • The owner: write to us at [email protected] and we’ll help you get back in.

Saved your password on your iPhone? Open the Passwords app (or Settings → Passwords) and search for Workhorse.
