I can't sign in
Ask the office for a new sign-in link. It opens in your language and lets you choose a new password.
I'm not getting notifications
On iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Workhorse → Allow Notifications. In the app, sign out and back in once.
Check-in says I'm far from the house
Make sure Location is set to "While Using the App" for Workhorse (Settings → Workhorse → Location) and that Precise Location is on.
Delete my account
In the app: Me → Delete my account. The privacy policy says what is kept.
