Terms of use
By using Workhorse you agree to these terms.
The service
Workhorse helps businesses that run short-term rentals organize cleaning, maintenance, grounds work and supplies. The business that invited you controls its account, its jobs and its team.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Only take photos of the property for the job, never of guests, and never of guests' belongings except to log lost-and-found items.
- Door and lockbox codes are confidential. Don't share or reuse them.
Work arrangements
Workhorse is a tool. It does not employ anyone and does not decide pay, hours or whether someone is an employee or a contractor; that is between you and the business you work with.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, try to access other people's data, or interfere with how it runs.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Workhorse running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending
You can stop using Workhorse and delete your account at any time (Me → Delete my account). A business can remove you from its team.
